CAT Coffee Roastery is a project intended to spread love, giving back to the the community of Fairbanks who have been nothing short of warm and welcoming.

To offer the highest quality, our stock of green beans is intentionally kept low, freshly roasted every week before selling at the market. Due to the seasonal nature of beans, this means that some beans may only be available once, and our offering of beans will rotate throughout the year. Producing coffee roasts one batch at a time, each bag will be slightly different, every type of bean given special attention, roasted by hand to bring out its best qualities.
